Waited almost 3 weeks to only get half the product

Order number 200649452 Was ordered on the 27th of Desember. I received the order only today 14 January.

The Joya Summer Bracelet Set has five pieces, which include three beaded bracelets, a peace sign bracelet and a leather strap with pendant detail. These multicoloured bracelets from and eclectic mix for a lovely colourful style.

What i received today looks as if a todler put it together. There is no leather strap with pendant and not even any packaging that would give any indication that this is indeed a Joya product.

I tried to get in contact with you guys on the 08611 92636 number with no avail so now i will wait on you guys to give me a call.

I see this as very service from zando's side, from a company that advertises on tv as if they are the next best thing.
