I refer to my complaint placed on hello Peter on 12/03/2013, regarding my cellphone purchase on 20/12/2012. Yet again, still no satisfaction. Edgars replied to the complaint on 13/03/2013 but yet again it seems I have to follow up again, cos no solution or credit were given for my inconvenience. As to many previous promises no one came back to me yet. I was told by store manager of CNA Tygervalley, that a Belinda Ackerman will contact me on 13/03/2013 and still till today, I haven't heard anything and no further calls. I was offered R200 voucher for inconvenience caused by CNA store manager Tygervalley, but did not accept because Edgars Mobile/ CNA did not kept their part of agreement and insist on returning phone and be credited. Referring to The Protection Consumer Act, they have failed me in many ways. And yet again it's requested that I need to contact them if I have any further queries regarding complaint ref nr 1303130066/GO? How long am I going to wait for feedback since this dispute is now since 20/12/2012. No where I can get the contact details of Shaun Van Harten (Regional Operations Manager of Edcon - Western Cape) should be brought to his attention, bad service.
