Disgusting treatment of call centre agent/supervis

I was contacted by edgars pre legal dept last week thursday, where an arrangement was made that i will be making payment on my account like iv done every month on the 25th. she argued that i owe for march and i continued telling her that i paid on the 25th of feb for the end of feb start of march payment, after a long argument she finally understood. then i was called again on friday for the same reason, i complained that i had made an arrangement the previous day, and every time they call me, i am liable for the R15.00 legal cost of that call. again it took me over 10min to explain the same as i did the day before. its now monday afternoon and i was called again, i lost it this time as you can imagine! after fighting with the call centre agent i asked her for her supervisor which she refused to put me through to her supervisor. i then asked for her name and constantly and her reply was why, i told her im going to report her and she just laughed and refused. after some time she finally put me to her supervisor who also pulled a attitude on me and refused to give me her full name, she only gave me her name after 5 min, as Diviena! your call centre staff are inexperienced!!!
