Giving an overview of the kind of service that I received from Nomathamsanqa and Cebi on Saturday would just be pointless. I am sure that the calls are recorded

The store consultants at Jet - Market street JHB- apologized on their behalf and tried by all means to assist me with my application.

Whoever is in charge of that contact centre and overseeing the agents should seriously remind them that it is not a customer's fault when they work on a Saturday or that they are stuck in a job that they don't like.

Rather not take a call then to treat customers like an inconvenience. You never know who is on the other side of the phone.

Get your people to go through Customer Experience Management training and Soft Skills because they are the voice of the brand.
