Randomly fluctuating hours of business

Good day.
The Pick n Pay in the Westville Pavilion shopping centre (Durban), has 2 weeks ago without warning changed it's closing times from 19.00, to 18.00. Poorly printed (MS-word) pages were stuck over the laminated board showing hours of business, and the same were put on tills. The reason given is that there are not enough customers to warrant the extra hours. Firstly, Is this not a larger problem for Pick n Pay conglomerate, and management of that store that they can not attract sufficient customers. Secondly it is a major inconvenience for working individuals, that require these after work hours to shop. Last Thursday after rushing and at great inconvenience, i manage to just make it in at 17.57, only to realise they are closing at the original 19.00 on that day. I have condoned, terrible customer service, lack of stock, and incompetent staff in this store for a while, but this is the worst service ever.

I shopped there almost daily, and have a brand loyalty to Pick n Pay, but I will opt to now service the Village Market branch, and the New Pick N Pay Centre several kilometres away, (despite the inconvenience) and will never return to this terribly managed store again.
