BRANCH CODE NOT WORKING

Good day,

I have to complain about the branch code problem going on with Nedbank. I am sick and tired of having to phone Nedbank for the correct branch code so people could deposit money into my account. This has happened 6 times now that i send my banking details to a person and then they come back to me to say the branch code is incorrect. Then i phone Nedbank again to ask for a branch code, they say my branch code is correct. nothing wrong with it. so people have to deposit large amount CASH!!! Which we all know is more expensive than transferring money. After a couple of times Nedbank reassures me they have a universal code now. first time i phone they gave me THE WRONG CODE AGAIN! When i phone back, the operator told me that there are TWO universal codes and gave it to me! different from what the first operator gave me. So once again, they will have to deposit cash and bank costs will be high.

I am sad to say I will be leaving Nedbank, and I WILL NOT refer anyone to you. Your bank costs are high, and your service! I AM DISAPPOINTED! If your service goes on like this you will lose a lot of clients.
