Bad attitude starts at the top and filters down!!!

Following my report on 4 March - We finally received our repaired couch back but still not a single peep out of Rochester head office nor the Randburg store or its useless manager. Clearly the attitude of NO after sales service starts at the top of the Rochester tree and has filtered all the way down the ranks to the store managers and their sales team. I complained 8 months ago about the fitting of the cushions and now again. I cannot believe that a company that advertises so extensively that used to have such a good name in the furniture line can produce such shoddy workmanship and even worse service.
