Complaint about the damaged Sumsang Fridge

Dear Sir/Madam
I bought a Sumsang Fridge at Hirsch's in Struben's Valley on the 21st December 2012 for R35000 and it was delivered on the 10January2013.It came with dents and a deep dent on the first drawer. When one of the doors is opened it craches deep on this drawer, and the doors are not properly installed. Also the fridge accessories are missing (water pipe and water filter) and the manual. When the fridge was switched on it started to alarm and has a funny sound. I phoned them to notify them about these problems. The Samsung technician came out to check the fridge after some days, he told me the setting where not done and the accessories are missing and the doors are not properly fitted in and the people who removed the doors to let the fridge through the house doors and reinstalled them where not from Samsung and I paid them R400 .When I phoned the owner to inform her about the problems she told the technician that this was the fourth fridge delivered, which it was not true. I sent both Margaret and the store manager two emails and there was no respond. I phoned them many a times every time I was told Margaret was busy or in a meeting. I have been taken from pillar to post.
