No delivery and bad communication

Order number 1040247347 status still "Pending".
The order was placed on 26 Feb 2013. I sent a mail on 7 Mar 2013 asking when I can be expecting the goods and received the below feedback on 8 Mar 2013:
"You should be receiving your order early next week latest being Tuesday."

I still haven't received anything and the status according to the website is still pending?!
