I ordered two dresses and upon paying and receiving the garments (18/11/2013) I took them home. When I fitted the items they did not fit as expected. I returned them back to the shop (19/11/213) to be altered or exchanged. In handing them back to the shop, the owner Mrs Melinda Augustyn was not available. I fitted the items in the shop and the two assistants agreed that the garments where not to standard. The owner phoned me and said that I need to accept the items as they are, " that is the way it is". She did not want to refund me as I am not going to wear these items as they do not suit me. Further she also said that I need not ever set my foot in her shop again. She has the garments and I have not been refunded or received value for what i paid. I would like to ensure this matter reaches as many people as possible as people like this should not be in business.
