You are waisitng my time to send an account to your attorney for collection of R200.00. i have paid this account in full about 4 years ago, not sure how your books work. your attorney is threatening me with the ITC. Man... if this happens... i will report you guys to the NCR ombudsman, anyone i can think of. i have my settled letter and i paid this account with your attorneys (previously handed me over) if they did their work properly, this would not have happened. i request a respons soonest.
