I recently posted a report about edgars negligence and to date nothing has been done about it. My account was paid up 9 months ago. It took 3 months of begging for the paid up letter from edgars until i received it but I recently found out that it is the wrong account that they have sent me and every application with other service providers was declined! I was furious and been to the bluff branch over and over but the response was "SORRY SIR, THE LADY RESPONSIBLE FOR UPDATING THE ITC IS ON HOLIDAY". So what ever bonus she earned for December I hope she appreciated because she clearly does not do her job! I mean (months and still no itc update? My report says that my edgards account hasn't been updated from June 2013.

The inconvenience I have been put through is really not fair on me! I have a life and want to live it ike everyone else! Please stop oppressing me any further! The think I am angry for nothing! I hope 1day they are put in this situation and get no compensation for all their running around! Im going to my attorneys!
