After 14 years and account close Edgards ask for m

My account has being closed for 14 years, today I receive a sms not a call to please phone NSC collecters for Edgards. The lady had my details incorrect, except my I/D number that ws correct. They want money from me over a hondred rand or so for an account that has being closed, and a letter with the last payment to ask them to close all on my name. - Is this legal??? for asking for money for an account that was opened by someone not me, and then try to collect money for one or other reason???
Sort out your account details and info, and stop asking money for a service or product that was not delivered or ordered by me. - make sure you clear my name, and give feedback one's your record is corrected or I will take it further myself.
