What great service

I ordered a Play station 3 for my hubby for his birthday. It was a 500GB and was supposed to come with 2 games. The day it arrived, the box had be damaged by the courier and looked second hand. I was so disappointed and it also was not the product i had selected, it was the option with only 1 game. i sent Preline a e-mail complaining about the product on the Friday, by the Monday she had contacted me an assured me that they would collect the incorrect item and send me another one. Well less than a week later my problem is resolved and i have the correct item in undamaged packaging. Thank you so much Preline, you are a super star and I hope Hirch's appreciated your wonderful service.
