I have just received an email statement from Jet showing adjustments on my account of which i called the customer service department to enquire on which months the reversals were relating to and she told me that they are for November 2012. I have requested for a detailed statement of my account from Jet previously from Abram and now from Christine who told me that it will be sent in 24hours. I asked for a reference number for my call and she told me that they do not have reference numbers??? They have been charging things i did not opt for when i opened the account and now they are denying me to see what it is they have charged and how much they have reversed.
