False promises from day to day

On 20 December I handed in a Bauer 5l utility pot for special recoating at Verimark in Woodlands, Pretoria. They told me they were out of stock and told me I would have to wait "a couple of weeks". It is now almost three months later and still no replacement plusI am told they can't give me back my old pot. I realise the issue might be with the supplier and not Verimark. But why do they then promise me every day that it will "arrive tomorrow". You can only say "tomorrow" so many times before it becomes clear that they are playing for time, not telling the truth. Same problem with their customer helpline who promised to phone back and never did. Everybody is rude, everybody is unhelpful.
