Different Bauer received

I am very disappointed, as I received the Bauer pot sets as a gift last year May 2012 and had to send the Bauer Marbletech 18cm Casserole for recoating (not even a year old). I understand that the Bauer is a lifetime guarantee but not on recoating.

My complaint relates to when I went to the Verimark store and gave in my Bauer Casserole for recoating, I was given a different Bauer Casserole. Different in look and weight. I asked the person at the shop why it is different and her response was that it is considered to be the same and it is made lighter. Therefore my understanding is that it is a different product from the original product purchased. This is not fair and the CPA clearly mentions that this is not acceptable.
