Verimark service complaint

We handed in two bauer frying pans for special recoating on the 5 th of November 2012, we got told by the shop assistant that it would take about 6 weeks for repair. It is now 5 months and no telephonic or other comunication althoug we phoned them numerous times and all we get is excuses but NO PANS Trying to get through to the customer care is to no avail. The pans were handed in on the following documentation number

How long are you supose to wait for these things to happen.
