Bauer Pro Pan Gone Missing

I have a Bauer pro Pan for about 3 years ant this will be the 4th time that I have to take it in to be re coated, and each time i had to pay R200.00. I phoned customer service and complained about this so Izic the Customer Care Manager said I must take the pan in to my nearest store and they will send it to him for investigation to see what the problem is and why the pan keep on sticking. after 2 months I had to phone and ask how far the investigation is just to find out they dont even know where my pan is!!! and if I have not phoned in yeasterday they would have never even relised that my pan is gone... Izic said he will find out and phone me back the same day, that never happened and I had to phone again the next morning. Now i am told to go to the stor to get a nother re-coated pan, i just know that is going to be the same story all over again, they just give you someone elses re-coated problem pan...

I am very disapointed in Verimark and thier customer services this in unexeptable!!! and my pan is still missing no one has an idea where it is!!!
