I purchased a handbag from Call It Spring in December. After I used it for the first time, a blue stain appeared on the outside which may have come from the garment I was wearing at the time. I went into the store yesterday to ask if they had any cleaning advice as the stain was prominent and unsightly, and I was unhappy that this had happened to a new bag. Melissa assisted me by using some of the cleaning product sold for leather and synthetic bags in the store (she did not insist that I purchase this). This did not work, she said if I still had my receipt I could bring it and they would be prepared to give me a credit. I indicated I would like to replace it with the same bag as they still had stock and would bring my receipt in as I did not have it on me. She exhanged it for me there and then, without the receipt. her willingness to assist and provide such great customer service, without any fuss really impressed me and she has secured a repeat customer for Call It Spring, thanks Melissa!
