Great Service

Whilst browsing the Mr Price Home website I came across a pink throw which I liked alot. I phoned my nearest Mr Price Home store only to find they did not have stock of the item. I then checked the website again and found that the Gateway branch did have stock. I phoned the store and spoke to one of the ladies. When I asked the lady to send one down to my branch she quickly responded with we're not allowed to send one item down. Upon hearing this I assume Selina her supervisor came on the line and confirmed the item with me, took down my details and said I would receive it in two weeks. I was delighted to hear this. 10minutes after I had put the phone down Selina phoned me back to let me know she had sent the item and will phone the receiving store and inform them to phone me when it arrived. 2 weeks later the throw arrived and I was promptly called to pick up the throw. Honestly I expected the run around that is so familiar with retail stores but Selina proved me wrong. I am very happy with the service I received and the throw. I hope to have such good experiences with Mr Price Home in the future.
