My Best Retail Experience of 2012

I found bed linen on Mr Price Home's website. I checked stock and there was nothing in the Cape Town Area. I e-mailed the company and asked if it was possible to get the product sent through from an outer lying area. I got an immediate response to say I would hear from the company within 24 hours. The next day I got a call from a gentleman who knew exactly what I was looking for and the size. He said that the item was not actually in store yet, but if I contacted my nearest branch, I could ask them to put one aside for me when it came in. Two days later I got a call from the Canal Walk branch to say my bed linen was waiting for me.

I was astounded at the high level of service, one that I have rarely experienced. Many thanks.
