QUERY ON AN INSURANCE

The Edgars team has joined me into two insurances, PART-MONTH PARENT FUNERAL INSURANCE and PARENT FUNERAL INSURANCE. These were joined without my consent. I wrote to them on the 14th Instant enquiring about these but I did not receive any response from them. I need these to be cleared as from my account, I know nothing about them and I need my statement to be corrected. I also want a refund that has been included into my account. Please I need this corrected.
