Not Returning rental deposit after 2 months

I left the property in good order and there was nothing listed in the outgoing inspection report. I have been promised my deposit for weeks. The property management owner has not even sent me my final statement after numerous requests. All I get is the phone being dropped in my ear when requesting the final statement and proof of payment for my outstanding deposit.
