Declining quality

We have been going to the Checkers in the Noordheuwel shopping center ever since it first opened up. The outstanding quality of products, the friendliest staff and quick and reliable service were some of the great qualities of this branch. The branch was often compared to the Woolworths in the same center, most often classed higher. Many shoppers chose Checkers over the Woolworths and would do so with a blink of an eye.

Unfortunately, within the last few months this quality has diminished quickly. The staff is embarrassingly unfriendly and the service presented is way too slow. The food quality is appalling, the fruits and vegetables always look like they were dropped off the truck left for a few days and then put into the packaging for the branch. Once instance when attempting to purchase tomatoes, I could find a packet that was fresh and when I found a suitable packet it was covered in nits. When attempting to buy grapes, all the grapes were rotten below the box, every box. I can honestly say I am not the only shopper with these complaints.

Please Checkers Noordhuewel, go back to your former glory. Be as proud as you once were.
