My wife went to pay the utility bill. The person on duty did not greet and when acquiring about something was not helpful at all. I don't want the manager to phone me with empty promises or apologies. Please train the people and equip them with regards to how to work with and treat customers. I can expect this from civil servants but not from a retail company.
