Why change to Checkers for a disgusting service!!!

I was so disgusted your service. Checkers is singing a gospel song about changing to them but they have failed to equip their staff with good customer service to deal with diverse clients. I went in to buy my monthly groceries for the first time at Checkers. The lady at the bakery gave attitude. Firstly I stood there unattended while she was busy chatting. Secondly I greeted her and she didn't here me. I had to shout so that I can get some attention. She didn't greet me back. I than asked for a white loaf of bread. She started speaking in a vernacular language assuming that I understand it. She went on and on and told me that I can go and complain to the manager she will not be fired. I guess that is the customer experience that Checkers has promised the customer. I guess I will have to stick with Pick n Pay as I am happy with their service.
