Went into my local Checkers to pay my utility bill, got to the counter where there is only one till for payments of this nature (not like Pick n pay you can pay this bill at any till), Went to the cashier greeted her and her colleague no one replied, asked the cashier if they accept utility payments, she did not say a thing just took the bill, then called her supervisor because she had a previous transaction on her till so that she could remove it, that took about 15 seconds, it took her about 2 minutes to carry on. She was also chewing gum, i mean who chews gum when you are helping a customer, i thought i was at my local dairy watching someone eating a bale of grass, i took my utility bill and left, went to my Pick n Pay down the road paid three bills and loved the experience. Thanks Pick n Pay, sorry Checkers at least your cashiers wont run out of gum.
