No assistance from the store manage

We were the first people to work in the store, we also wanted to get a few items but had to leave them. We wanted to withdraw money (from their new money send transaction). We had to wait on a long cue as only 1 till was opened at 9:25am, then we were told to go to the kiosk (after I complained that my friend who needs to with draw money was not feeling well) we were again told to move to a cashier, we went to go stand in line and had to wait for a customer that was going to pay cash (we waited for about 25 min) only to be told that we have to go to money market/banking side, and again they said they do not have money. As if that was not enough, I called the call center and was assisted by Loryl, she was very helpful. But the branch manager was so unprofessional and had a don't care attituted, he did not assist us at all and actually moved away from us. He doesn't even know where the customer care counter is and has no one to assist customers at that count.all he said was "sorry" with an attitude. I want this matter followed up, dealt with and to be updated about what actions were taken. I missed an NB appointment due to this and we need to be componsated for the inconvenience
