Security is pathetic and Management even worse

I was parked at the roof top parking on the 12032013, went into the mall for about 20 min.
Got back to my car and it had been broken into. The security was in the area and I called him to the report the incident. I was taken to the security office where I asked for footage of the parking area. I was told by the securities that the specific cameras were not working for about a week. I spent about 3 hours waiting for a competent person to help. I then sent an email to management about the incident. I got a reply after 3 days saying cameras were all working and securities knew nothing about telling me the cameras were not working. The email also stated if the police took long to get their its not the Glens problem. Further more they are not held responsible for in the parking. I was soooo peeved that management did not have the decency to call me and get the facts but instead made it seem like it was all my fault.
I was a victim of and if the cameras were working they would have footage of what happened.
SHOCKING that management feels you park at your own risk as a shopper!!!
