Pathetic service, passing the buck

I purchased a carpet for my lounge from you on the 6/03/2013, I was assured it would be installed on Friday 8/03/13. The installer who is contracted by you only received the carpet at 12:30 pm from your store, while they where doing the instillation it became clear that the carpet you sent us where two different colours, therefore instillation stopped. I have a house which is completely messed up with everything stacked everywhere as a result of this instillation. Your consultant phones my wife to argue about the colour of the carpet and after a lengthy discussion decides to order a new carpet which we will have on Wednesday, in the meantime i have booked my relatives into a guest house because of the total mess in my house and this cost in cured to me is as a direct result of your non compliance, However I must congratulate H&H for there brilliant passing of the buck and continually blaming the supplier. I did not enter into a contract with your supplier, I entered into a contract with H&H. I strongly advise anyone against doing business with H&H as they do not care about the consumer and or meeting there needs or solving problems. Rather blame the supplier.
