I logged a complaint a month ago on hello peter regarding my account that was over billed. Finally I got a response from hi-finance and T-Kay sorted the problem out for me. I paid the bill in full at the bank and faxed proof of payment on 15/01/2013. I asked for them to make sure the debit order gets cancelled and to send me a letter that my account has now been settled. Unfortunately this has not been done yet. Ever since the 15th I phoned them every single day and all I get is empty promises, when I phoned for the last time on 23/01/2013 I left at least four messages for T-Kay and yet no one has phoned me back and when I asked to speak to a manager I got told that there is no manager available. The worst part of it all is that according Hi-Fi corporation my account has not been paid yet and the debit order will go off. Unfortunately now I ill have to take time off at work and go to the bank AGAIN and cancel the debit order myself since no-one at Hi-Fi corp/Hi-Finance is able to do their job properly. I am shocked at the poor service they give their customers, and I will be sure to tell people not to support this company because this is the way they treat loyal customers.
