I made a CNA online preorder for of War: Ascension (R719.90 - REF No: 2702130273/go). Later, I cancelled it with a company rep (REF No: 2702130273/go). After that, I made that same preorder with my local store (East London, Vincent Park). The company rep assured me that the cancellation would reflect on my account. Did not happen. Instead, I've been double charged for the same item. I've had this happen before where I was double-billed for a PS3 Bundle (R3999.90 each.) which then overindebted my account. CNA ref: REF: #0410120270/go #2110120019/go. That issue more than a month to resolve. I have also had issues where stock I ordered [Order Reference Number : 1861687/20130102/F.P.O] to be delivered to local store never arrived. although, I don't believe I've been charged for it - but NO communication that the stock was unavailable. This coupled with CNA online's failure to adjust images that display 1 price and 1 combo while the description says something else. CNA online is one of the worst services I have had to deal with. Its now starting to feel like its not worth having an edgars account to buy on credit, when I have to endure such painful experience.
