In November last year, we decided to renew 4x aircons in our house. We contacted Leslie's Aircons, to do the do the job and we purchased and they fitted 4x 12, 000 BTU Carrier back to back Aircons. We decided on Carrier because we have a 30, 000 BTU which has been extremely good, so it made sense to stick with the same manufacturer. Since the new aircons have been installed, they have been noisy, haven't cooled as they should and they rumble which has caused my wife to be physically sick from the rumble. The one in the main bedroom has been replaced by Carrier but is now even worse!!! Carriers have not taken the time to come out and look, to assess the problem. They have now suggested that Leslie's remove the machines, which they will not take back the units and give us our money back. leslie's will lose and we will have to start all over again. This service is disgusting and unbecoming of a large firm like Carrier, who it seems won't back up their own product. Which probably means that the product is inferior and they know it!! All we want is for them to show some interest and offer assistance to both Leslie's and us. Show some guts and sort the problem out like men!!
