FAULTY POLAR WATCH

Watch was bought in October 2011. Since December 2011 I have been experiending problems with this watch, ie not switching on properly and/or incorrect heart rate readings.

Watch was submitted for repairs twice during 2012 to Total Sports and they courier product to suppliers (Polar), costing me R60-00, everytime coming back with no fault found. 1st time my strap and battery was replaced but I still experienced the same problem. 2nd time submitted with same complaints - again came back with no fault found.

Submitted again February 2013 with abnormal or no heart rate readings complaint.- again came back with no problem found. I monitored this watch from 5 March 2013 up until 7 March 2013 and contacted the branch to arrange appointment with manager. I was told he will phone me the next day - he didn't and when I followed up I was told he was not in for the day. I asked again to be contacted and was promised that he will. contact me. It is now 11 March 2013 and mr David Van Niekerk still has not gone to the trouble to phone me and after nearly 2 years and R2199 I still do not have a watch that works properly. Please Help!!!
