Edgars Account dep very incompetent

I logged a report / complaint last week Wednesday, only on Friday did a lady from the accounts department called my husband, when she called him he was driving and requested that she call him back after and hour and it is 3 days later and no one has contacted him, his name is still at the ITC as a slow payer this had ruined my husband's credit ratings.
just to add to this they still called him to remind him to pay his account, i find it hard to believe they cant assist us.
