I am so irrate now as my account was blocked without notifying me. I prepared myself for a 10mins. shopping as i phoned Total sports for a Stormers top XL which they had stock and I confirmed that i had enough credit to purchase for R699.00.As i walked in the centre I saw sterns and thought OK my card is broken (20yrs old) let's replace it. Marichiate assisted me phoned the c/c spoke to MDU with attitude he asked me questions then he said hold on as a cst. I expexted more respect and him asking me if I can hold on why her verify whatever, anyway he then came back asked me a question abt. Yusuf how the heck must i rember what i put onto my application 20yrs ago, even though i had my driver's Licence Marichiate verified i', the cst.he then blindly transfer the call in the mean time my Lunch hour is ticking away. Then I jst left went to Total Sports Rene helped me then my card was blocked. She then spoke to Gino then to lawrencia and i left the store without my purchase which was suppose to be a birthday gift. If you cannot replace my card and deliver my purchase then i suggest you close my account because with customer service like i got today I don't need as a provider.
