Help Stop SPAM sms

I keep receiving spam sms and i'm trying to stop it. I have registered on the national opt out list already. I received the below sms, I want to know which company or person's number is 0784302656 or 447418148843 so that i can have them stop sending me spam!

I'm so tired of receiving SPAM SMS and don't know why I need reply stop and pay for it to have something stopped that I didnt request in the first place!
