FNB Marketing Calls and Spam mail without opt-out

I am receiving regular marketing calls from FNB for new products launched.

I am registered at [URL Removed] (DMA National Opt out) and since then have not been receiving any marketing calls except from FNB.

I suspect this is illegal conduct from FNB and I would like an explanation on why laws are being broken and how I can get removed from the cold call database.

IN ADDITION - FNB's marketing spam emails does NOT include a unsubscribe link which is not acceptable!
