Edgars sends spam and refuses to unsubscribe

I am receiving unsolicited email from Edgars. They have an "unsubscribe" option, but in order to unsubscribe, they require a number of details, such as my ID number, I regard as private, and am unwilling to divulge to them. In this way the burden of "proving" that I do not wish to receive their spam emails is placed on me.
I have contacted Edgars to complain about this, but have been ignored.
