Still no feedback from the store

I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter last week requesting an answer as to where my cellphone is. It went in for repairs over a month ago and I have only heard a bunch of different stories since then. Nobody gets back to me and nobody can tell me what is happening with my repair.

I was told they would contact me but nobody from CNA Blue Route has called me as yet.
