Ackermans
Account paid full - 011 667 9195

I had an Ackermans/Nedbank account and paid it full in December but I still got an account that says I owe them money. I phone Nedbank and they gave me a number and I try all day to phone them but there's no answer. How can you tell them you don't owe them anything if you can't get through to them?
