Edgars has ruined my life

I Opened an Edgars account in july and was in training at the time, i happened to skip 3 payments and fell behind for the 3 months payment, during that time they were calling every 5 minutes to ask on when i'm going to pay, and finally after the 3months i made the payments and even paid the current installment. But as i was applying for a house mortgage and car finance they told me that i have been listed as a slow payer on ITC and they won't approve anything untill im liftd as a slow payer and that will take 12months for me to be removed, i can't even get a loan, get an account or apply for anything im homeless and and struggling to go to work, im ruined.
