I since took my phone for software upgrade on the 17 February 2013 under warranty.
According to what we have agreed on I was suppose to have had my phone within a week or two from then of which I waited. A couple of times I have been calling to follow up on it I have always been promised to be updated yet with no one getting back at me.
To date I am being taken from "pillar to post" about the phone delivery. It was said the phone is ready and repaired and they are just awaiting a new battery for it (of which I don't see where it fits my phone needed software update not hardware attendance I made it clear to the guy the day I took it in).
Now the consultant is advising I cancel the repair process and have my phone returned to me what's that? All this time what was my wait for? I cancel and what's in it for me looking at all the time I spent visiting the store, calling and listening to this. I don't trust and even have lost hope in this guy he seem to have a new story to tell every time I query about my phone the manager advised me on 04 March he will look into it and I don't see anything happening. Should I be spending so much to try and have what's mine?
