No Service

On Sunday morning 19 January, I went into the HIFI Corp branch at the Glen. Firstly I had to go find a sales person to show me the SD Cards. He immediately walked away and I had to go find another sales person to get the item off the shelf as they have a security lock. I then proceeded to go to the checkout where only 1 teller was available and there were 4 customers in the queue. After a while, nothing had happened and the teller was still busy with the original customers. I then went to the lady at the door and asked if additional tellers could be found. She pointed out a lady who was heading towards the tills. I went back to the queue to observe the lady in question stand behind the till and start paging through what looked like a magazine. Still nothing happened so I returned the SD card to the first sales person I found and went next door to Incredible Connection where I was served immediately upon entering the store and paid without any delay.

I have been a loyal customer of HIFI Corp for many years but if thats the attitude I cant expect from staff then I will gladly go next door and get the service I deserve. BAD NEWS guys, you let the ball drop
