Selling of bad product continues

So the guys at House and Home sent someone to check out the recliner set we bought 2 years back... they then give us a quote of R900 to get it fixed (but we have to pay for it... imagine).
The sponge just keeps on falling out... bit by bit and now the cable of the one chair broke, so you cannot use the recliner side of the chair anymore.
I am really disappointed... we paid R9000 for the 2 chairs and this is what you get...
