Poor quality of furniture and numerous repairs!

In January 2013 I purchased 2 Antonio recliners which costed over R7000.On delivery I noticed the one recliner appearing to be skew. I pointed it out to delivery guys and they said it will sit out. Within 2 weeks I called in and the recliner was completely skew, making you fall in on the left side. They refused to replace even though it wasn't even 2 weeks old. They picked it up for repairs and we waited 2 weeks. Upon return the other chair was taken in for repairs as the upholstery was done very poorly and everything was saggy already as if it was a 3 year old worn out chair. The lever was also so stiff and I informed them, but nothing was done. It was not long before the first chair had to be repaired again! Again falling in on the left side and the upholstery worn out. It was again repaired but the chair is still the same! This is beyond ridiculous! Over the weekend the second chair broke again-the lever snapped and the chair can't recline. I'm tired of continously calling to have the recliners repaired. I have to note that Jackie from Kolonnade H&H has been very helpful but this shouldn't be his problem-the retailer should take responsibility! Replace this you sold me please!
