Shocking service

I logged a call for my faulty dish washer on a Tuesday and was told it would take 2 days, by the following Monday I had not had a call I called. After frantic panic of the lady who answered the call I was promised a visit on the following day. The techie arrived, looked at the machine and said there was nothing he could do and it needed to go in to the workshop. I was charged R450 for that gem, although my in laws who live around the cored where charged R250 for the same vista (no ticket was written, nudge nudge). I wait until the Friday and still no one has collected the machine so I call and speak to George the service manager, he promises to call me right back... nothing. I get called on the Monday by a driver who collects the machine, we now into week 2. I wait until Thursday for a quote, then call George again who give me a cost and says the machine is has been fixed and will be delivered on Friday. I get home on Friday and guess what, no machine! I call again and are promised that it will be delivered, then I get called and told that there some issue and it will be delivered on Saturday.
Surprisingly the machine is deliver on Saturday morning, but without any trays inside!!!
