Bullying into buying

I wish to express my unhappy feelings with the manner in which a deal was done with the above mentioned company. First of all they make an appointment for eight pm on a Friday evening and then pitch up an hour later. They tell you that they wish to "clean" your carpets, but actually their intention is to sell a vacuum cleaner to you. They do not understand the meaning of the word "NO" and actually they bully you into the sales deal. Everything happens so quickly (salesman is a fast talker), you hardly get time to think.
A 5 year old machine was sold to me and I was told that it worked only 2 hours per day. When the product arrived (on a Sunday evening, which did not suit me - again they do not understand "NO! "), it was incomplete and filthy. I was told that a courier company from Durban delivered it, which is not true. (I contacted this courier company, who confirmed that they don't operate on a Sunday and they know nothing of this deal). I am therefore NOT happy with the service of King of Kings Trading. I am in the process of cancelling this deal, which I am afraid is also going to turn sour.
