I phoned House and home as i was interested in buying a lounge suit and was assisted by Mark who offered me an exceptional service, i paid for my suit cash and arranged to pick it up as i was adviced that delivery to Mthatha will cost me R3500. When i got home the one seater did not have legs and the three seater the one leg was broken. I then contacted the store and Mark referrred me to Marlin who is in charge of complaints. She was very pethetic in her service, i had to phone for feedback, she did not keep me in the loop until Mark intervened and told me they have authorised for an exchange. The challenge is, its not my fault that your goods were not up to standard and now as a client have to come all the way to pick up the exchange. The big QUESTION is, at whose costs. I'm not willing to incurre any further costs. Can i have my money back and will gladly bring back your lounge suit and shop somewhre else where i will be serviced accordingly.. I will be waiting for a speedy respospe, i'm running out of patience.
